Here you can download the new windows client. RuneScape windows cleint is simple a program that lets you play RuneScape under application on windows and you don't have to download the game over and over again. The game will only download files when they are updated. Note that this is just the EXE file and all other files are aotomatically downloaded trough that program from runescape servers, when you start the program.

Note that this client version was uploaded on 1.6.2001, so please notify me, if the client is updated, or if the link to runescape homepage download is broken (or any other link). The runescape homepage link should always contain the newest version of the windows client.
