FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
I will gather here some most frequently asked questions about runescape and this site.
Q: How can I
take screen shots from RuneScape?
A: It is very simple. All you need is keyboard
=), and some kind of picture editing program, windows paint will
do very fine. When you have RuneScape open on the top of your
desktop, push the "Print Scrn" button on the keyboard
(between F12 and ScrollLock buttons). Next go to that paint
program and choose "Edit" from the upper menu and click
"paste". This is how to do it.
Q: My stats are
better than some people on the hall of fame, so why I'm not in
it?
A: You are not on the hall of fame top 25,
because it is based on list released in by Andrew, which was
released some time ago. You are not on the top 10 either, because
I just haven't ever sawn you playing runescape from server
status, because top 10 is based on server status.
Q: Can I have
some codes/cheats to RuneScape?
A: As much as I know, there are no cheats to
RuneScape. Even if, there would be one (or more) I wouldn't tell
them to any one, nor use them by myself.
Q: How did you make this site?
A: Making web pages are very hard to explain.
All in web are coded in HTML (HyperTextMarkupLanguage). If you
are using explorer (maybe works on others too) right click on
this space and choose "wiev source", then look at the
code and think: "Is this what I want to do?". There are
off course a lot of easy editors to make site, like frontpage
(express version comes if you update from IE4 to IE5, but not
with full install), composer (comes with netscape) or other
WYSIWYG editors (WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet). This site is made with
frontpage express, and I don't even really know how to code HTML.
Well anyway, what I suggest you to do is find your closest
library and borrow a book about HTML coding, or find some one to
teach you. There are also a lot of guides about HTML code in
internet, so you can search for them too. If you happen to be
finnish, then check
my other page were I explain this a little more deeply (and
there are also links to other finnish guides).
