This is just beginning of the use of php.... Soon I will start using php on my different pages, such as Hall of fame, which will fecth the halls itself and not use iframe anymore. and all other nice stuff might be coming too.

Some things might be missing from this site, because everything uploaded in last 2 weeks was lost, so I don't propably notice everything missing... I do have backups on my comp, so just tell me and I reupload anything missing.

Hmm.. new sotw today.. New article, uploaded some pics of glassblowing items. Lots of new links.

I will also change the rules on banner sharing pretty soon. Then you will have to have exactly a 88*31 banner for your site, or it will not be listed on the banner sharing... I also have a lot of other ideas for this site on my ToDo list, but I don't know if I can do them all...

I will do a huge site deletion on the list, but noone don't need to worry, because only sites with 2 or less votes will be deleted from the list. All other sites will stay on the list. So I suggest you to get more than 2 votes quickly, if you don't want your site deleted from it.

Also the rating will chance too, so that other newer sites would have higher changes of getting up even past my site in matter of days. The rating will be changed to average votes per day (total votes/days in). So non-active sites wont stay up for long on the list, and you must keep visitors clicking to make you high on the list. The rules will stay same, so you can't force em :P

Also the design will propably change, but I'm not yet sure about it, because there are some limitations about it, and I'm not sure if I can make good changes, but we'll see...

Well there has a lot been going around again, RuneScape has had a lot of updates lately. This P2P really is cool :P

Anyway, what I really meant to say is that I made a small mining map of the mining zone in the very southwest corner of the P2P area. Here it is.

Anyway, I started going trough my mail today, and oh, what I found :P I have only went trough the most recent mail. Still I have done some updating. I have uploaded more then 20 member only item pictures, some contest entries (don't worry, if your isn't there, because I haven't gone trough all the mail yet).

It's also good to see Bravenet back up. Too bad they lost all data from 2 days or so before the crash. Lucky they even had some backupdata. So Because of this I lost my last poll, but here is a new one.

Even though I promised to update SOTW and HOF (Hall of fame), they are currently in the bottom of my priority list. Now I simply try to go trough all the mail, before I do anything else.

Oh.. I almost forgot. The fake shots place is now Fakes & Art section. You can send YOUR fake runescape pictures and YOUR runescpe related art there. Please, only send your own pictures.

Strange thing happened to me today... my link page was simply gone! I couldn't find it anywhere, luckily it was at the server, but from my computer I lost it. Because of this, I might have lost some links, so check on sunday, and if you link is not there. I lost it because of that.

BTW, took some time today to play runescape too. Improved my cooking by 3 points and fishing by 7 points (I really wanna find a lot of caskets).

Also, RuneScape Hall has now a irc chat. I will be there 24/7, so noone not-wanted can't take ops... I will find a good irc client to put on this website soon. But for now, those who know how to use irc the details are:

On site updates... I tried to my mail very little on this morning. I added a new fake pic.... I will also add some stuff on the download page. I already added the madonion's calculator there (although there is only link to their homepage).

But you know what sucks? It sucks that I have a test tomorrow, and now I have to spend my birthday reading for that test... annoying..

I have began to wonder... People send me mail very often that my site is great and it helps them alot... I have began to wonder what helps them? I don't have that much stuff on my site (besides the excellent smithing guide). But anyway, thanks all. I have also been thingking on another thing. I always write these long newsposts, is this one thing that keeps you coming here? These posts are pretty personalized and not many webmasters write so long texts. These news posts are like a "diary" for me :)

Like someone said about this site (I can't now remember who): "This site is like second home to me, away from my real home"

If you look at my site's counters, you might notice that the amount of visitors will lower. This is not because of lowing popularity, but because the counters load so slowly. Couple of days ago I edited the main page to load faster, I did that by putting the counters on seperate page that loads after this page is loaded. So if you wuickly chance the page, the counters might not load and register your visit.

You might have notice that the poll has gone down... I don't who why but it seems that Bravenet has some serious downtime now.

Sorry about not updating the SOTW or the hall of fame... I update them this friday, I just couldn't update them on my break, so they haven't been updated for 3 weeks now.

And one last thing. Please Don't send anymore banner contest entrys. I try to upload most of them on this week and decide the winner

No update today... just writing things for fun :)

There was a small mistake about my birthday today. It's not today... it's on 6.3 (wednesday). We also had to do a small (10 pages) paper... or actually we have been doing it for last 5 times. Well anyway, in the "paper" I wrote a small article about RuneScape. If you happen to be finnish, then click here to read it. (You need microsoft publisher 98, or publisher viewer to see the file).

I also Updated my own picture, because I had to take new one for the paper... so here is an updated pic of me. (note: I prefer short hair, and the last one had longer than this, and I didn't like about it)

(Damn this is so poor quality... I gotta take a new one)

I'm not sure if I will be updating so much on near future (until weekend) for 3 reasons. 1. I finally entered P2P, and I'm currently completing all the quest. 2. I have birthday on wednesday, and I might call some friends over, so I can't be on computer. 3. I have 2 tests this week... one tomorrow and one on thursday, and I MIGHT need to read for them :)

Whoa... I just went trough all the link submissions... I listed all the submitted links there. If your link isn't there, I might have missed it, and I suggest you to re-send it. Adding all the links resulted in 23 new links, making the total amount of links to 106!. That's a really huge amount of links there.

That was one heck long break I tell you. But it certainly did good to my nerves. All relaxed now, I'm fully working with this site again.

So much has happened since the last update on this site. RuneScape Memebers have arrived (The P2P version), which I'm going to start playing soon, or well as soon as my father agrees to pay for it.

Today I even try to go a little trough my 200 mails in my mailbox. I have already done some very small updates on this site. I done a small pollarchive page, modified the poll submission (very little) and then done some small updates on the board, like adding new member level.

BTW, I'm still sorry I didn't write any long article about RS Hall's history on this news page on the birthday, but I was just too damn stressed to do anything. Maybe I take that "flashback" a little later.

On another news, One really kickass guy bought domain for runescape hall. So RuneScape Hall can now be accessed from following: www.runescapehall.com. Brian, If you are reading this, could you replace the current index file in the server with the one I'm using on this site. The source code is here. (I still need to update the staff page... You will be there, don't worry)

BUT I was still able to get a "better" chat for this site. It's not raelly much, but i's better than the MSN one. I'm still trying to find better, but I'm not sure if I can (since my host has disabled some critical PHP commands.

I propably wont even be on the board too much, nor on ICQ/MSN/AIM (BTW, my Aim sn is Rithiur). I try to avoid this site as much as possible to avoid stress.

I'm not sure what this means in the future, but I sure hope my stress handling improves and I can make this site with even more effort.

There is a new cha for runescape hall... It's bit complicated as you need to have msn passport (hotmail account will do) and then you must join the community. But I beleive that sooner or later those who wanna chat, will do it.

EVERY ONE READ THIS! I know this isn't really runescape related, but it seems that an old virus spreading again with great speed. I can't really remember what the virus does, but it can't be good (I have already gained 4 virus emails in 2 days...). Anyway, when the virus program is run, it will send itself to all people on your outlook contact list. The virus mail can have any topic. but it almost everytime reads like this:

Hi! How are you?

I send you this file in order to have your advice

See you later. Thanks

And the mail contains a attachment which has 2 extension like .pif.doc (never open files with 2 or more extensions). The file is usually named DOC1 or something like that. So what ever you do, do not open or save the attachment and beware those letters, as the virus seems to be spreading fast again.

Today I have updated the links and the affiliate pages... there were couple aplications and a lot of links. I added total of 14 new links today. There are now 82 links on the links page... man it gotta be the biggest link archive in any site. I have finally updated the poll too. ther were already 2,5k votes in it.

I always modified the board a little... it wasn't much.. I was just screwing around with CSS... that's all.

The community news page isn't actually under construction. I have already tested that it works and all is fine. I just hiring SILVER members of my board to work for that page. If you wanna apply, reply on the message on the board. No applications trough mail is accepted.

I don't know where have some of you gained an impression that I would be looking for someone to help me with my site, because I'm not taking anyone. BUT if you beleive you could help me very good, I might reconsider... DO NOT SEND me mail saying, you can work, but send an good example with that mail. I wont hire anyone saying I will work for your site...

oh... and sorry... the top and sotw are late AGAIN... I hope it wont happen again.

I know, I know, I know! I know I should make something to this site... but I'm just darn too lazy. I just stopped using that stupid news program I mentioned earlier. I found out that I can't write so freely in that as I can with my great WYSIWYG editor :). Well actually, the true reason is because I 'm going to use it to do something else.... If you are silver member on my board, you might want to check the board for intresting post by me.

BTW, making this site really takes a lot of my time. It takes so much that I don't actually have any life outside my ccomputer.... All my free time I spend on computer... there is no life outside from RuneScape :P

Hmm... I should update the poll... maybe I do it today, or maybe not... we'll see...

I'm thinking of starting to use Another WYSIWYG editors... my current one is starting to piss me off... maybe I should use Netscape Composer or something...

Despite all the problems, I have still managed to do the regular fridays (top25 and sotw).

I hoping the problem to get fixed, because if it doesn't I'm not going to do too much uploading... I do have a lots of stuff in my e-mail just waiting to get uploaded, like a hell lot of contest entries, a rs screen saver (which one guy sent to me... not too good looking but still nice). and even some monster guide info from DjJimster...

BTW, I'm going to get a news posting service on this site... what it means is that I can post news more fequently, and I can even allow other people to post news. But that is only soon... after the freaking uploading problem gets fixed...

I haven't forgot about my promise on the mining guide... I just don't have time right now (read the news post below, that I didn't upload, because I didn't realize the upload problem...)

The mithril table is ready... also done a tiny update to monster guide about experience calculating.

Like I said yesterday about the guides, I was not kidding. I was going to make the guides but I didn't have the time. Now I have done 1/4 of what I have promised. I have rewrote the texts at the smithing guide and added some other nice small things in that, which should be helpfull. I'll see what else I can do today, and I hope to bring you with the mining guide and finally finish the smithing tables at the smithing guide...

Also, So that everyone knows, RuneScape Hall has it's very first birthday at 18.2. Be warned, I'm going to take a look on RS Hall's history, on the news post or maybe with an article on that day, so if you don't like stupid look backs, then stay out of this site on that day :)

Sorry I haven't updated on the last week. But I was taking a break and exploring the world of Britannia (UO is addictive). Anyway, I was planning on doing a mining guide and finish up the smithing guide as token of my gratitude to your banner clicking (made 2€ last week). Keep up the clicking. But the reason I didn't do them, wasn't because lack of motivation, but the lack of time. I was so darn busy this day, that I could barely do anything.

Well yeah... those guides are planned, and I will make them soon as I have time. (well basicly I have all the material, but it have to fixed). I have also added 4 contest entries... check the contest page.

Arghhh... got two very nice runescape pictures, that I wanted to put as sotw... damn... I had to choose that one.

NEW TOP sites list! I have created a new top sites list, since I didn't really like the old (because of the uncontrolled entering sites and lost of other stuff). So IF you were on the old list, I suggest you to use this list instead. This is a LOT better.

The board layout has been changed to new one! Check it out..... but at the time I'm writing this post, the board is temporarily down... so It might be that you can't get to the board right now... but don't worry, it will be back up.

Hey, If I say I haven't gone trough the mail it doesn't mean I haven't got it. I always check qiucklly all mail I get and move them to off-line folder, so that they wont take any space from my e-mail box, because sometimes it is so full, that other messages can't go trough. So what I'm saying, is that you don't have to re-send me your email! And don't resend it, if I haven't responded to in couple of days... sometimes it takes me more than 2 weeks to respond some mails... (mostly a couple of days only)

Oh... and PLEASE click the banner on the upper left corner (the "smart it" banner), because I do get money when you click it (0,13€ per unique click)... the banner will open a new window that doesn't disturb your internet experience. BUT the banners on the board are no good for me, so you don't need to click them.

When you are submitting a poll, check the archive so you don't submit polls that have already used on this site. I added the straight link to the archive, so you don't have to go trough the poll...

The join thing is for banner sharing on runescape sites. It is not a clan thing or a feedback form, and like I said on that page, if it is used for anything else than applications, I will simply delete the submission and not care about it. I changed the link name so no more people get fooled it to be something else.

2 new contest entries... check them out. I also added the rules of the contest to that page, so you don't have to go to the forum.

Today I went trough the rest of the e-mails on my e-mail box. This brongs the site about 20 new tips (2 made to random tip) and 7 new links. Also thanks to runescapepaintball pro I have finally gained the pictures of all ores and bars in runescape... don't know what I'm gonna do with them.. just wanted to mention :)

I also added all the logo contest entries on the contest page.

Ughh... I just finished to add all links and tips... I had to add more than 120 tips... But it is done now. You might notice that the size of that page has greatly increased.

RuneScape has been updated! With 2 NEW SERVERS! w00t w00t! This is certainly unexpected! But this is GREAT! No offical news has yet been posted about this, but I'll get them as soon as they arrive.

RuneScape Hall is also been little updated. Today is my "Go Trough Mail" -day. I'm going to go trough all the mail I have gotten since christmas... This means new links on links page, updated tips page (about couple hundred submissions), new random tips...

oh.. and I once again added new counter to this page, and moved all counters to the right side below the poll. I sure do like counters.

bah... my site has only rating of 5.11 at the link ratings on runescape tips... Go now to runescape tips link page and rate my site with higher ratings. (I'm not stupid person so I wont vote my site up, and others down)

Happy new year!

And because of that, I have finally turned the whole site to the new design. I deleted some undeeded maps from the maps page. But this also means that I can finally continue developing this site in the content. I'm once again planning for some kind of site ratings to the links page (nothing huge this time, so I can keep it up) and I'm also planning to update the tips page for the all 100 tip submissions I have recieved. Maybe I could start making guides based on them, since the amount of tips submission is HUGE.

And again, I'm not checking too much posts these days, so if you want to contact me, post on the member level boards, because I will only check the intresting topics on other boards.

I just noticed that my host now support PHP (but no MySQL). No, this doesn't mean another site design chance :) This means that some new features may pop up to this site. If you know how to make a voting system that uses form to vote for 1 - 10 numbers and then saves the number to somewhere and gets the average rating, please contact me.
