Here are some tips to play runescape from me and other players of runescape. ou can submit tips here.
Arigause:
- Try to get a high level to go in and get you blurite ore, ice
giants are strong
- Be careful where you step, the wilderness can be dangerous and
so can aggressive monsters
Bane3001:
- Always have food when fighting
- Never trade in the wilderness
- Always carry a hatchet and tinderbox to make fire in the
wilderness
- If you're a newbie, stay near the edge of the wildernes or dont
go in at all
- Do not attack someone higher than you

- if you need help finding most things, look at the map!
- go into the wilderness with either nothing or a lot of food
- don't go in the wilderness.
- learn how to change the color of text to get attention when
selling something.
- when doing the "press 888" thing, don't over do it.
- begging never prospers.
- read these other tips, I can't put all the tips up!
- go to Varrock to sell weapons and armor, Dranor village to sell
capes and ore/bars, and Falador to sell misc. items.
- trust only people you know, but you can trust most people here,
because they put the time into helping you!
- Come to this site regularly, because it has everything you
need!
- Help people, you could be rewarded greatly.
- Going into the wilderness with full armor and no food is called
suicide.
Btbrian:
- If you are a newbie, don't go into the
wilderness and try and get a map off of this site instead of
trusting others who will probably take you to wilderness or a
dungeon.
- To smuggle rum, use rum on crate then use bannanas on crate,
then go to the shop in port sarim and get it from back.

- always mine COAL in the wild at the skell mine , only
take ur legs , plate and weapon with u , if u get attacked run
and heal at the monastry and DONT ATTACK ANYONE!!
- If u r new and dont want to lose ur items only take ur plate ,
legs and long when u go into the wilderness and dont attack any1.
Dan The Kat:
- When you are ready to devote some time to get
armor/weapons/money then now is the good time to start mining,
you will find you can get money faster by selling the equipment
you make, also, you can get a free pickaxe in the Barbarians'
village so you won't end up asking to buy one at a mining site...
- The best place for staring to mine is the Falador area.
There's Doric's place, which has anvils. If you can't
complete Doric's quest for some reason ( as in lack of money for
iron ores ) then there are some anvils in Varrock, not far
away. There is a mining area south of Falador which is not
very far either. Just follow the road south and to the
west. Oh, yeah! There's a furnice place in Falador
itself, used for smelting ores of course...

- Dont buy the bank vault key!
- Nobody wants your bloody cabbages!
- Greater demons are called greater demons for a reason
- Travel in groups of 3-4 in wild.Surround and decimate!

-DO QUESTS they're an easy way to make mony and gain experience
-fight easy characters like MAN and RAT it's a good way to
increase combat level
-bury all the bones you can find it's the only way to gain prayer

-a good way to make $ is to go to karamja and get a job shipping
bananas you get 30gp every time
-when i was a noob i went into varrok sewer and DIED i lost all
my noob stuff (3gp, bronze med, etc.) don't do that unless you
don't care about what you're carying
-try everything once! some things are more fun than others and
you'll never know which are which untill you try them all!

-Keep Running
-Run from enemies by going up or down a ladder
-Don't bite off more than you can chew (Don't Attack Strong
enemies or people)
-Wilderness+nOOb=Bad
- Don't ask for directions your better off getting lost in the
long run than getting people to lead you everywhere. Having a map
on hand is also good.

-When traveling into the wilderness avoid City
nterances,(there crowded),people,and most impotantly travel along
the coast.
-anybody can survive in the wilderness,i went to lvl 48 and i
lived to tell the story(was a noob)
-Beggers even Noob beggars are stoopid if posible hurt the lazy

-Find who your friends are,in the end thats whats gonna be most
important
-There are several ways to earn money you just have to find
them.$$$$$$$$$$$
-Shop around...Some shops are cheaper than others and see what
people are selling.
-Dont ever expect to get good quick...you gotta spend alota time
on this game.
-Most impotantly HAVE FUN!

- Always run when the opponent is taking upper hand.

Because there is no reason he won't attack you.

- Being semi-good in a number of skills is more useful then being
really good in only one skill
- When training on combat, it's not always smartest to train on
the strongest things you can find. Note: the fast way to
gain mining levels is by mining iron
- When in the wilderness. Your character stops moving when
you eat. This is why you want to have quite a distance
between you and someone chasing you before you eat
- When you are attacked by a pking group, they will assume you
will try to run South. Fake them out by running in any
direction there's none of them.
- Mining/smithing is a useful skill to get money, but there are
more important skills to train on
- Don't enter the wilderness with useless items
- Clans that have to give away free stuff to get members usually
aren't good clans
- If it appears that your opponent has a lot of food and you are
not damaging to much, don't bother

- Fight goblins when you are a newbie. Quite often they cary
around useful things.
- Don't buy low level runes from shops. Instead, go to Port
Sarim. The goblins (lvl 7)I've met there caried around body,
water, earth and air runes. Goblins can have nature and mind
runes too.

- Ask for insurance with free smithing or cooking
- If you really wanna go pking,at least bring a law rune
- Don't even trust your best pal in the wilderness;accidents
sometimes happen.

people.
- Make sure you can use the equipped weapon.
- Newbies- If you have any armour what so ever, fight Men.
- When you find a bank, deposit the stuff you don't need.
- Finish a quest before you start one.
- Get to the highest level possible in every skill, every skill
helps you.
- Only trust people that are your actual friends.
- If you get a crap deal, decline.

- Only bring the things you possibly need into the wilderness.
eg. armor, pick axe, weapons

- If venturing in the wilderness, always have a back-up character
of your own near for if you are killed by a creature

dont attack on appearences

up, get a friend to mine you the ores and then you smelt and
smith it for him and then give the the smithed bars back to

Emerald Mine: - A rune sword a day, keeps the
lessers away...
Eorl: - Never join a wilderness party with a higher lvl
stranger. You may find yourself betrayed.

from the ground, it makes u look like a newb

them. dying sucks and hell they might give you something

mine it makes it easyer and faster cuz u know which rock the ore

to do this prospect rocks WHEN NOBODY IS MINING IT mine the
ore and prospect to u find the next rock with the same ore mine
it and prospect the next one so on eventally you will learn the
pattern for that certain rock(dont try learning the pattern for
copper and tin they stay in the same rock for internity)

after level 50 is to mine LOADS of iron. You can get a full
load in 5 minutes, which equals 12,180 exp pts per hour of
mining.

along the way will be lost if you die. My advice: Be quick! In
