In this contest you are supposed to do a runescape related desktop theme. The more and better you do the more score you will gain. Below you see a list and scores you can get from those things. The one with highest score will win this contest.

1-10 score for wallpaper
1-10 score for screensaver
1-25 score for windows skin
1-5 score for rs related icons
1-5 score for custom pointers

The price will be 10 coal certs + 10k.

How do you make this you ask. Well below is some programs. There are though some things you have to do. If you have made many things like both wallpaper and icons for example. You must use Desktop Architect to put them into one package. Also, windows skins should be made for windows blinds (you can use skinstudio plugin for windows blinds to do this).
