Recent Updates

Hello i'll be posting news for rith hopefully i do a good job! There have been a few runescape updates as of late there are new servers up for the free version and the p2p version hopefully meaning less lag. There has also been a glitch that was fixed it seems that venturin into the wilderness for the new p2p quest has caused quite the PKing frenzy so the monster was moved to the wilderness dungeon and more user quest were promised to be on there way for users of all lvls!

	Toplist update and new poll

Today I didn't do much work on runescape hall. Mostly I just worked on the toplist. I changed it's design a bit and it's now full screen. It also shows votes per day and votes out. Most of the design is also now loaded from a CSS file on my server, so I can easily change it if it is required. I also finally after a month, I changed the poll. If someone is wondering, do I ever use the ones people submit to me, the answer is yes. Last 5 (plus this poll) has been all user submitted. I thank you all for the ideas you give me for polls. It makes poll updating much easier, when I don't have to think what should I put on the new poll. When I'm posting this news, I haven't yet updated the SOTW. It will be updated later today though. I don't have time now to check all the lates submissions from my mail, but I will pick it from the current ones I have already looked up. Those which I didn't notice will be competing for next weeks sotw. Oh, and I forgot to mention, you all should thank TwisterTB from the boards about telling me that not all the screen shots on the screenshot page worked, and he suggested to put them on many pages. So that's why I made the screenshots gallery.

I didn't actually think I could do this much work today. I was able to finish the screenshots section. Just click the screen shots from the navigation meny, and you will be taken to a new screenshots section. The new screen shots page much better than the older one, because the images are diveded into many pages. They also are now in thumbdail images, so it wont load the whole image all the time, which should speed up the loading and also all the pictures shuold be displayed to everyone. I hope you like it, because I certainly do like it. More screen shots will be uploaded next week, and same sort of gallery will be made for art & fakes too.

	New news program alive...

Now this new news program is alive. I shouldn't bring much difference in the later news format, or well there shouldn't be any difference at all at the look. The only effect of this, is that now I can hire people to post news on the main page. Now I will only hire Kingjester to do this, and I will see how it works out. If all goes as planned, more people will be hired to post news on the main page. As you can see, the community news link is no longer on the frame. I deleted it because it didn't work out at all. But I do hope that this program will work out really fine. I'm pretty sure that most of you missed my other news post on this day, which I made on the old format. If you wanna see it, check the news archives here. On that post there was some stuff about new gallery program I'm gonna use in near future.
